There are a variety of building surveys that you might need. These range from EPCs and home buyer reports, through structural surveys, drain and tree surveys to mining reports, ecological and soil surveys, etc. Finding qualified surveyors and specialists can be a protracted effort. Checking their availability and ensuring that they offer a cost-effective solution can also be time-consuming.

We will identify the most cost-effective solution from specialists who are qualified in the various disciplines, from EPCs to structural surveys. We have negotiated discounted rates on your behalf and, because we will be appointing these specialists, they are happy to liaise with us on your behalf.
