Please list for us any assets owned by the company/business (name or address of asset, year of acquisition and current value) followed by any liability of the business (mortgage, loan or debt) by showing the name of creditor, date liability incurred, size of liability, monthly costs and date by which liability is to be settled.

We may also need to ask for personal assets & liabilities later, depending on the nature of the funding requirement.

A CV is usually required by lenders along with business plans and projections. We will follow up on this later.
