Terms of Business
The attached document supplies information about LEA Financial Services Limited (LEA FS) and the service that we offer. This Terms of Business document expands on the information provided in our Initial Disclosure Document and is the basis on which we will conduct business. We require that all customers agree to and sign a new copy of our Terms each time we conduct business on their behalf.

LEA FS Terms of Business
While our IDD follows the FSA's prescribed method of disclosure, it does not include the details of our relationship with you nor the method by which we would enter into an agreement. We have elected to display our business terms here on the site, alongside the disclosure document.
- Every client will be given a personalised copy of the Terms of Business, which reflects the specific agreement into which we have entered.
- We issue and agree new Terms of Business each and every time we undertake work for our clients, even though many will have used our services on several occasions.

If you need to talk to us outside "normal" hours, please let us know when it is convenient and we will call at the requested time, if at all possible. We do sleep occasionally.
