Why do I need this?

According to Benjamin Franklin, “In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes." Without wills, it is quite possible that your heirs will have to pay inheritance tax after your death. Alternatively, you risk dying intestate with your estate distributed according to a set of legal rules. Your heirs may not get what you would want them to have.
