Regular Updates

Why do I need this?

You will need to know the status of your application and when certain key events take place, such as: valuation surveys, offers being made, when searches are to be conducted, exchange and completion dates. Providing you with regular case progress updates will ensure you are better prepared and able to make your plans, knowing the status of your application.

What will you do for me?

We will pro-actively update you on the progress of your case by a variety of means, as selected by you.

We will respond to your enquiries with meaningful progress updates, should you contact us in advance of a planned pro-active updates.
