Preparation and Submission to Product provider

Why do I need this?

Following identification of a suitable product (or range of products) and your agreement to these meeting your needs, you will need to prepare a submission of the application to the product provider. Preparation requires that the provider be told what product you require and the submission of evidence to confirm the availability of that product for you. The process of identifying what a product provider needs and ensuring that everything is made available to him in a timely fashion can be quite complex. If the information is not provided in a form with which the provider is familiar, there can be significant delays in obtaining the product. Because we work with all these providers, we are aware of their differing needs and can manage the application submission efficiently, relieving you of much of the burden.

What will you do for me?

First, we will tell you, in plain English, exactly what items the provider needs to see in order for your application to be successful. We then assist you in completing the application form(s) and review these forms for completeness. Oftentimes, we will make the application for you through an online system thereby removing additional work from you. Submission of an application will NEVER place, without first obtaining your express consent.

In preparation, we will gather from you all supporting evidence requested by the provider and make copies for him from the originals. We will return the original documents to you and give the provider certified copies of those originals.

Following submission, we will retain on file, scanned copies of those original documents so that we will not need to request them again as long as they remain valid.
