Why do I need this?

Firstly, we are independent of association with any buy to let lender or loan provider so we can access the entire market-place for buy to let mortgages or loans and provide advice. Secondly, were you to attempt to conduct the research yourself, it would take an inordinate amount of time and you still could not be sure you had found the best buy to let mortgage. Thirdly, doing it yourself means that you would not have the protection of the Office of Fair Trading, the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where applicable, if anything should go wrong.

What will you do for me?

To give advice, we need to know something about you, what your current circumstances are, your history and what your aspirations are. We need to understand what you are looking to achieve.

To do this we will ask you a number of questions and build a profile that we can refer to in finding the buy to let mortgage or loan that most closely meets your needs. Sometimes, there is no way of achieving your objectives and the sooner you know that, the better. In most cases, however, we are able to help.

From the information you give us, we will identify the product and discuss this with you. We will produce an illustration and give you our detailed analysis of why we believe it is the most appropriate buy to let mortgage or loan. We will answer any questions you may have so that you are satisfied with the advice we have provided.
