Liaison with Product Provider

Why do I need this?

Product providers (typically, lenders and insurers) have their own sets of priorities and programmed response times. Sometimes, you will find that their practices are acceptable to you and they do not impede your plans. More often than not, however, you will need them to meet specific objectives (usually, time-related) and, unless you can deal directly and liaise with their decision-makers, your plans may be frustrated.

What will you do for me?

We will liaise with the product provider and represent your needs to the lender/insurer, including the timeliness of their responses.

We will act as your agent when dealing with the provider’s enquiries and provide them any additional information they may require, based on data we hold, OR

We will liaise with you on what is required and assist you in obtaining that information and then issuing it to the provider.

We will continue to manage the application through to it being put in place.
