Liaison with Other Parties

Why do I need this?

Along with the principal product providers themselves, there are often other parties involve. Typically, these include solicitors, estate agents and valuers. They could also include Home Information Pack providers and specialist surveyors. Coordinating their efforts along with dealing with the application, itself, can take a significant time and, because these professionals are not always available, can cause you stress.

What will you do for me?

We will liaise with and represent your needs to the party, including the timeliness of their responses.

We will act as your agent when dealing with them and provide them any additional information, that you have authorised us to provide, based on data we hold, OR

We will liaise with you to discuss what is required and assist you in obtaining that information and then issuing it to the party.

We will continue to liaise with these parties until the application is in place.
