Why do I need this?

Firstly, we are independent of association with any insurer. This means we have access to the entire market-place. Secondly, we have developed relationships with a large array of insurers who specialise in different parts of the market, this means that if there is a Critical Illness, Income or Payment Protection Insurance that meets your needs, we will find it. Thirdly, were you to attempt to conduct the research yourself, it would take an inordinate amount of time and you still could not be sure you had found the best product. Finally, doing it yourself means that you would not have the protection of the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where applicable, if anything should go wrong.

What will you do for me?

We need to know something about you, what your current circumstances are, your history, your health, any illness or risks to which you are exposed and what your aspirations are. We need to understand what you are looking to achieve.

To do this we will ask you a number of questions and build a profile that we refer to as we find the Critical Illness, Income or Payment Protection Insurance product that most closely meets your needs. Sometimes, there is no way of achieving your objectives and the sooner you know that, the better. In most cases, however, we are able to help.

From the information you give us, we will then identify the Critical Illness, Income or Payment Protection Insurance and discuss this with you. We will produce an illustration, which may be called a Key Facts Illustration, of the product and give you our detailed analysis of why we believe it is most appropriate for you. We will answer any questions you may have so that you are satisfied with the advice we have provided.
