Conveyancing Services

Why do I need this?

Unless you regularly use Conveyancing solicitors, it is unlikely that, when you are appointing one, you will know the criteria on which to judge whom you should appoint; which is best able to handle your case or what their capacity is. Many people also find it difficult managing to have conveyancing solicitors comply with their wishes.

What will you do for me?

Analysing the panels of conveyancing solicitors available, using the following criteria, or others of your choosing:.

  • Ability to carry out the instructions i.e. their relevant experience.
  • Capacity to carry out the instructions i.e. amount of other work they have currently.
  • Cost to you.
  • Distance from you (not necessarily a problem).
  • Our experience, or that of others, of their previous performance.

Appointing the solicitor, on your behalf following your agreement.

Liaising with the solicitor and managing the progress of your case, to ensure your wishes are complied with.
