Why do I need this?

Firstly, we are independent of association with any insurer and have access to the entire market-place. Secondly, we have developed relationships with a large array of Commercial, Professional and Business Insurance providers who specialise in different parts of the market, this means that if there is a product that meets your needs, we will find it. Thirdly, were you to attempt to conduct the research yourself, it would take an inordinate amount of time and you still could not be sure you had found the best Commercial, Professional or Business Insurance. Finally, doing it yourself means that you would not have the protection of the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where applicable, if anything should go wrong.

What will you do for me?

To offer advioce, we need to know something about you and your business, what your current circumstances are, your claims history, any risks to which you, your customers and employees are exposed and what your aspirations are. We need to understand what you are looking to protect.

To do this we will ask you a number of questions and build a profile that we refer to as we find the Commercial, Professional or Business Insurance that most closely meets your needs. Sometimes, there is no way of achieving your objectives and the sooner you know that, the better. In most cases, however, we are able to help.

From the information you give us, we will then identify the product and discuss this with you. We will produce an illustration, which may be called a Key Facts Illustration, of the Commercial, Professional or Business Insurance and give you our analysis of why we believe it is most appropriate for you. We will answer any questions you may have so that you are satisfied with the advice we have provided.
