Why do I need this?
Once your application has been submitted to the lender or insurer you will still need to follow up and monitor the progress of your account. Because there may be a number of entities involved (valuers, solicitors, underwriters, insurance companies, etc.), it is important that their various activities are coordinated to meet your requirements. While it is possible to do it yourself, Case Management is not usually worth your while.
What will you do for me?
We will liaise with all relevant parties and coordinate their activities.
We will assist you in supplying any additional information that the provider may require.
We will keep you updated on the progress of the application.
