Development Finance
What is this?
Development Finance allows developers of residential and commercial sites to fund acquisitions and constructions. Funding is possible for up to 100% of the costs.
Who is it for?
Normally, developers will have a proven track record of similar projects but will be seeking funding for which High Street banks have no appetite. Specialist lenders can fund the development thereby improving the cash-flow of the business and enabling the developer to complete projects they may not otherwise have been able to start.
Who is it not for?
Development Finance is not suitable for building a personal residence nor is it normally available to developers with little or no experience.
